He was deeply involved in the launch phase of HbbTV in 2009. \nStephen Perrott is a Senior Engineer with 20 years’ experience in the BBC’s Research and Development department. His current research includes IP delivery of media\, in particular Adaptive Bitrate systems and the use of MPEG DASH and represents the BBC on these topics in DVB and MPEG standardisation activities.
