HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement
The HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement allows organisations to use the HbbTV Logo on HbbTV receiver products and packaging that implement either ETSI TS 102 796 v1.1.1 or ETSI TS 102 796 v1.2.1. It describes the obligations required of a Licensee wishing to use the Logo, such as testing the product with the official HbbTV Test Suite and agreeing to modify the receiver if it is found to be non-compliant.

HbbTV Logo Usage Policy
The HbbTV Logo Usage Policy is intended for organisations that wish to use the HbbTV Logo, but do not wish to use it on HbbTV receiver products and packaging. The HbbTV Logo Usage Policy categorises the different types of parties that may use the Logo, along with the obligations of those parties. No license fee is payable for usage of the Logo covered by the HbbTV Logo Usage Policy.

HbbTV Logo Guidelines
The HbbTV Logo Guidelines is a separate document that describes the rules for how the Logo shall be displayed, including physical characteristics such as colour and aspect ratio. Any use of the HbbTV Logo, under either the HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement or under the Logo Usage Policy, must adhere to the HbbTV Logo Guidelines. The HbbTV Logo Guidelines and the HbbTV Logo artwork are only made available to organisations that have either signed the HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement or have agreed to the HbbTV Logo Usage Policy.

Suspected misuse of the HbbTV Logo
If you suspect that the HbbTV Logo is being used incorrectly please report the suspected logo misuse by completing the HbbTV Logo Misuse Reporting form and emailing it to the HbbTV Association administrator at info@hbbtv.org.

HbbTV Full Logo Licensees

USING THE HBBTV LOGO ON HBBTV RECEIVER PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING
- Please leave your contact details in the contact form to the right to obtain the HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement.
- Complete the questionnaire that will be emailed to you by the HbbTV Administrator.
- The HbbTV Administrator will send you an executable version of the HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement, which you should sign and return.
- Once the HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement has been signed and any license fees have been paid you will receive from the administrator the login/password to access the HbbTV Logo Guideline and HbbTV Logo Artwork to download
By pressing submit I acknowledge that I have read and understood the HbbTV Logo Usage Policy and that the company named above will adhere to its terms. I also acknowledge that the company named above may NOT use the HbbTV Logo on HbbTV receiver products and packaging, unless it also executes the HbbTV Full Logo License Agreement.

- Obtain access to the HbbTV Logo Guidelines and the Logo by acknowledging you have read and understood the HbbTV Logo Usage Policy.
- The password for the logo download will be sent via mail after completion of the form to the right.
- Download the HbbTV Logo Guidelines and the Logo artwork from this web page using the directions that you will have been sent via email.
