Making HbbTV fit for purpose in an all-IP world

Session goals:
We are seeing an increasing number of existing and planned all-IP (AKA all-streaming) platforms. What updates and changes need to be made to the HbbTV specification to make it fit for purpose for these environments?
Is a new version of HbbTV needed that drops all functionality that is not needed in all-IP environments, to make it quicker and simpler to integrate and test.
