This session aims to encourage an open discussion on the relevance and integration of provenance and authenticity data in the HbbTV and DVB ecosystem.
With the rise of AI-generated content, disinformation, and media manipulation, we’ll explore how trust in digital media can be restored through technical solutions.
Key questions include: What role should HbbTV and DVB play in ensuring content authenticity? How can standards evolve to support provenance metadata? And what mechanisms can help users validate the origin and integrity of the content they consume?
